TMS Racing Starts Season with Top-5

NEWTON, NC – A busy off season in the shop for TMS Racing paid dividends Saturday, March 29th as the team kicked off opening night at Hickory Motor Speedway with a 4th place finish.

“They guy worked hard this off season; putting in tons of hours testing setups and preparing the car. We miss calculated for the track tightening up like it did, but the car was strong. We are all pleased with the performance and we’ll head back next week looking for another solid finish,” commented driver Chris Lewis after the race. Chris started 10th and battled his way through the 50-lap race to bring home the top-5 finish.

The team returns this Saturday to Hickory Motor Speedway for Round #2 of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series at Hickory Motor Speedway.
